An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks an FMOB to join their newly renovated clinic housing an established, collegial team in northeastern Iowa due to growth:
• 4-day workweek, outpatient only
• Low patient volume of 12-15 per day with a focus on quality of care
• Surgical OB not required with robust specialty support including General Surgeons and CRNA
• Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported
• Experienced nursing and support staff including a dedicated medical assistant
• IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
• Up to $400,000 permanent base salary, potential for RVU production bonus, quality bonus, relocation assistance, inhouse student loan assistance, and more!
