General Medicine, P.C. is an independent private practice of board certified physicians and advanced nurse practitioners specializing in geriatrics, physicial medicine and rehabilitation for post-acute and long-term care residents.
Company History
Our practice was formed in 1983, by Thomas Prose, MD, MPH, MBA. His vision was for clinicians to provide "on-site" medical services to patients in sub-acute centers; long-term hospitals; skilled, intermediate and long-term care; residential care; and assisted living facilities.
